- This right to education is always equal to the person belongs to any region i.e, urban of rural, any caste,religion and any sex.
- The priority is not given to all these factors rather priority is not given to the right to education to all.
- India come across multiple obstacles while adopting different teaching methodologies for the rural educational upliftment since a long period.
- India ever tried better not only for providing adequate facilities to the students but also to the faculty communities.
- Rural education condition in India improved a lot but still more positive steps in this regard are required.
- There is an appreciable improvement in the Indian Literacy Rate.
- After independence almost 2/3 rd of the population is now literate.
- Kerala is the most literate state in India.
- Nursery education is the initial stage in Indian education system.
- Once this stage is done by the student he has to proceed for the Primary education which is then followed by secondary education.
- Primary education is very essential stage of education in our education system.
- Indian Government has recognized education as one of the most vital element for building a modern and civilized society.
- There are many Government bodies in India to not only to formulate and implement rules but also to eliminate, supervise and regulate rules.
- Few among the many are NCERT, CBSE, CISCE, UGC, NAAC,etc.
- There are approximately 471 universities in India.
- There are approximately 268 State Universities , 40 Central Universities and 125 Deemed Universities in India
- There are 22064 colleges
- Women colleges are in the approximate number of 2260 .
