Scale of Pay:
1. Principal, Industrial Training Institute / Assistant Director of Training - Rs.56100 -177500/-
2. Assistant Engineer - Rs.37700 - 119500/-

Age Limit: as on 01.07.2018 
1. Principal, Industrial Training Institute / Assistant Director of Training - For General Candidates: 24-30 years, SC/SCA/ST and DWs / MBC/DC/BC/BCMs : No Age Limit

2. Assistant Engineer - For General Candidates: 18-35 years, SC/SCA/ST and DWs / MBC/DC/BC/BCMs : No Age Limit

Educational Qualification: 
1. POST OF PRINCIPAL INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
(i) A degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology of any recognised University orbInstitution under the purview of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)  AND
(ii) Practical experience in a workshop or factory for a period of not less than three years.

2. POST OF ASSISTANT ENGINEER (INDUSTRIES)
(i) Must possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree of any discipline except Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission or Institution recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education. AND

(ii) Practical experience in General purpose Engineering Workshop or in an Engineering Industry or in a recognized concern for a period of not less than six months (OR) Practical experience in a supervisory or operative capacity connected with production of goods or material or operation and maintenance of machinery and equipments in a recognized concern for a period of not less than six months.
    Mode of Selection: Written Examination and Oral Test

    Examination Fee: 
    1. Principal, Industrial Training Institute / Assistant Director of Training - Rs.350/- (One Time Registration Rs.150/- + Examination Fee Rs.200/-) 
    2. Assistant Engineer - Rs.300/- (One Time Registration Rs.150/- + Examination Fee Rs.150/-)

    No Examination Fee: For SC/SCA/ST candidates. But they are no exemption for the Cost of Examination Fee Rs.150/-
