Qualification: A pass in Govt.Technical Examination lower Grade in Geometrical Drawing, Building Drawing and Estimation Free Hand Outline and Model Drawing (Diploma in Civil Engineering) or SSLC (More than 35%) with General Science Engineering and Drawing or Applied Science and Practical under Engineering taken as special subjects in the bifurcated course in Secondary Schools
