ii. Should possess Radio Telephone Operators (Inland Maritime)  Certificate of proficiency issued by the Govt. of India or should possess Radio Telephone Operators (restricted) certificate of proficiency (Maritime Mobile Service) issued by the Govt. of India.

iii. During the period of probation he must pass a second class signaler’s

test (Navy)

Upper age limit: 25 years as on 01.01.2016
