Qualifications:

Must have passed VIII Standard in a recognised School and must possess a current licence for driving a vehicle issued under the Motor Vehicle Act, 1939(Central Act IV of 1939) and the rules made thereunder with practical experience in driving motor vehicles for a period of not less than two years.

Age limit: as on 01.07.2014.
